On Nov. 1, 2023, Joshua Neil Blair, was found guilty by a jury of three counts of attempted second-degree murder; six counts of aggravated assault; one count of felony evading arrest (risk of death or injury); one count of vandalism over $1,000; two counts of vandalism over $10,000; and five counts of reckless endangerment.

On March 26, Joshua Neil Blair received an effective sentence of 35 years as sentenced by the Honorable Zachary R. Walden, to be served in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction.
