  • NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust recorded in the Register's Office for Campbell County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 628, Page 577, on November 10, 2014, Jackie Smith and wife, Linda Smith, conveyed to Reid Troutman, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property, to secure the payment of one Promissory Note dated October 31, 2014 in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($7,500.00) Dollars to Wesley Dupuy, all as fully set forth in said Deed of Trust and Promissory Note; and WHEREAS, by an Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated December 23, 2016 and recorded in Miscellaneous Book 123, Page 247, in the Register's Office for Campbell County, Tennessee, on December 27, 2016, Joseph G.
