  • NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, Kevin Fleming executed a Deed of Trust to secure a Promissory Note payable to First Trust & Savings Bank of Oneida, Tennessee, (now known as United Cumberland Bank, Inc.), which Deed of Trust was dated the 16th day of June, 2006, and recorded in the Register's Office for Campbell County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 481, Page 675, and whereas David Winchester was appointed Trustee of said Deed of Trust.
