NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust recorded in the Register's Office for Campbell County, Ten-nessee in Trust Deed Book 598, Page 1, on October 16, 2012, Natu-ral Sorb Corporation, Tammy L. Walker, Milinda Shiflet, and Ma-linda Katherine Keck conveyed to Allyn M. Lay, Jr., Trustee, the hereinafter described real property, to secure the payment of one Promissory Note dated October 12, 2012 in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars to First National Bank of Oneida, all as fully set forth in said Deed of Trust and Promissory Note; and WHEREAS, by an Ap-pointment of Substitute Trustee dated October 5, 2017 and recorded in Miscellaneous Book 126, Page 9, in the Register's Office for Campbell County, Ten-nessee, on October 6, 2017, Joseph G.
