Archery Lane ownership debated

 A two year old land dispute made its way back to the county commission during a workshop Monday evening.

The property in question, Archery Lane, was purchased in 2006 by Bill and Sandy Goss.

Since that time ownership of the roadway has been unclear.

Minutes from a November 2006 ways and means committee meeting seem to indicate that Archery Lane was added to the official county road list. However, it appears the commission never took action on the issue.
