The following cases had indictments returned when the grand jury convened last week:

Diana L. Boston – forgery, theft under $500.

Michael C. Pebley – two counts promotion of meth manufacture, initiation process to manufacture meth.

Kristy S. Adkins – vandalism, theft over $500.

Michael C. Pebley – 12 counts of theft $1000 -$10,000.

Donald Vaughn Jr. – promotion meth manufacture.

Charles A. Partin – initiation process of manufacture meth, simple possession schedule II.
