Less than a month after fleeing from police leaving a trail of items in his wake, Robert F. Bazan resolved his case on Tuesday.
Appearing in criminal court Bazan agreed he was guilty of reckless endangerment, evading arrest, aggravated assault and vandalism.
As a result of his plea, Bazan was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for time served. After serving his sentence, he will spend six years on probation, according to court records. Bazan is also responsible for reimbursing the Jacksboro Police Department for damage he caused to a patrol car as he fled.
