Businessman Bob Andrews plans to sue city for $24,000

 While the site of Bob Andrew’s business might seem unsightly to some, it currently doesn’t violate any laws or ordinances.

“I’m still licensed,” Andrews said. “They can’t ever take anybody’s right to do business. As long as they are doing legal business.”
