Campbell County Indictments

The following indictments were returned last week. Arraignments are scheduled for Sept. 7 at 8:30 a.m.
Jamie Hembree- theft over $1,000, vandalism over $1,000.
Nicholas Valdez- aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000.
Paul Hubbard- rape.
Sandra Wilson aka Smiddy- attempted theft of property $60,000 or more, forgery $60,000 or more, criminal simulation $60,000 or more.
James Leach- simple possession of drug paraphernalia, promotion manufacture of meth (property), promotion manufacture of meth, reckless endangerment-deadly weapon involved.
