CARYVILLE —The town will again make a donation to the annual Louie Bluie Arts and Music festival held at the end of September at Cove Lake State Park.
The town has donated $2,000 several times over the course of the past seven years of the festival, and officials said it was an investment in the town’s prosperity.
“We actually get more money back from this here. We actually make money off the motels,” siad Mayor Chris Stanley.
The Louie Bluie Festival is set for Sept. 27 and 28.
