Christmas shopping spree ends with jail

Christmas shopping has already started.

But when a woman was observed leaving a local store without paying for some items an arrest came much quicker than the anticipated holiday.

On Nov. 29, Carlene Woodson, 26, of 282 Pleasant Drive, LaFollette, was observed in a large retail store in Jacksboro from 5 p.m. until the following morning at 7:06 a.m. according to the Jacksboro Police Department arrest report.
