Sled Creek Community Holiness Church will have a benefit singing on Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. to help with Katherine Hughes’ funeral expenses. Singers will be Walking by Faith.   Speedwell Freewill Baptist Church will have a benefit singing on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. for Billy and Charley Marlow.   Rock Creek Freewill Baptist Church will host a benefit singing on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. Singers will be Walking by Faith and New Foundation. For more information contact Pastor Jimmy Bowman at 784-8041.   Grace Age Fellowship Chruch will have a benefit singing for Dennis Richardson on Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. Singers will include Almost There, Larry Richardson and family, Heart and Soul and others. Food will be sold afterwards.   Fordtown Baptist Church will have its monthly special service on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. with the Eastview singers.   Word of Life church on Loop road is offering a GED school on Monday nights at 7p.m.   Celebrate Recovery is for men and women who are struggling with a hurt, hang-up, or habit. Meetings are held every Thursday evening in the Family Life Center of First Baptist Church, 409 Main Street, Jacksboro. A light meal is served at 6:15 p.m. followed by a large and small group meeting. Refreshments are served afterward at the Solid Rock Café. There is no cost. For more information call 562-5168, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Childcare is now available. Child care is provided.
