 Fincastle United Methodist Church will have a free dinner Sept. 29 at 6 p.m.


Free flu shots will be given by St. Mary’s Medical Center and outdoor yard and bake sale Oct. 1 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at LaFollette Church of God. Proceeds will benefit Kidz Kare projects and Missions.


Fall Camp Meeting Revival Oct. 2 - 7 with guest speakers Evangelist Ed Held from Marion, Ark. and Pastor Todd Hoskins from Vandalia, Ohio at Faith Way Assembly Of God. Oct. 2 at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Oct. 3 – 7 at 7 p.m. Sunday services 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Special singing nightly with Ed Held and Jason Gabbard. Rummage Sale at Mount Harmony Baptist Church with concessions on Oct. 7 and Oct. 8 starting at 8 a.m. The church is located on Raccoon Valley Road.


Jacksboro United Methodist Church will be having Bazaar on Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Home cooked food, bake sale, apple sale, white elephant sale, craft sale, Rada kitchen knife sale and raffles. Take out orders will be available.


Trinity Lutheran Church of Campbell County will hold a Church Picnic on Oct. 16 at 4 p.m. at Cove Lake State Park. If you would like to join us and/or you would like more information, call 563-9742.


Trinity Lutheran Church invites anyone who is interested in learning about the Lutheran faith to attend classes beginning this fall.  Classes will be held monthly on the first and third Sundays at the Wedding Chapel, 103 S. Sixth Street. For more information, call 563-9742.


The Jellico Methodist Women are planning a church bazaar for Saturday Nov 26 from 9 a.m. until 4p.m. If you are interested in participating, you may pick up an entry form at: Buck’s Jellico Hardware or the Jellico Public Library or call 784-8641 for more information. Space is limited. Entry deadline is Aug 29.
