New Horizon Baptist Church will host a special Candlelight Service to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, Christmas Eve night at 6 p.m.  Call 563-0030 for more information.

Shori Community Candle Light Service will be held Dec. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Caryville First Baptist Church.

The LaFollette United Methodist Church will have a Christmas Eve service of candlelight, carols, and Communion on Wednesday at 11 p.m.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Christmas Mass schedule will be Christmas Eve, music at 9:30 p.m., mass at 10 p.m. (midnight mass) and Christmas Day at 9:30 a.m.

Indian Creek Baptist Church will host a candle light service on Dec. 25 at 7 p.m.

Friendship Community Church will host a watch service on Dec. 31 at 8:30 p.m. for more information contact Andrew Ayers at 784-9835.

Rock Creek Freewill Baptist Church in Clairfield will be having a New Years Eve Watch Service on Dec. 31 at 7 p.m. until after midnight. Various singing groups will be present. Rev. John Parks will be preaching. Sandwiches will be served. For more information call 784-8041.

Indian Mound Baptist Church will have a New Year’s Eve Watch Service on Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. Special singing by the Bott’s Family, refreshments will be served.

Celebrate Recovery is for men and women who are struggling with a hurt, hang-up, or habit. Meetings are held every Thursday evening in the Family Life Center of First Baptist Church, 409 Main Street, Jacksboro. A light meal is served at 6:15 p.m. followed by a large and small group meeting. Refreshments are served afterward at the Solid Rock Café. There is no cost. For more information call 562-5168, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Childcare is now available. Child care is provided. Women’s small group addressing anger issues and physically, emotionally and verbally abused women have recently become available.
