Comer stars in martial arts tournaments

Ethan Comer, a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, recently participated in the Universal Martial Arts Championships at Lancaster, S.C. Comer placed 1st in Musical Weapons, demonstrating a double-nunchucks routine to the song “Let It Rock”. He earned two 2nd place awards, one in Traditional Weapons using wooden nunchucks and one in Korean Traditional Forms. Comer also competed at The Grand Slam Open Martial Arts Championships in Rustburg, Va., where he earned 1st place in Musical Weapons, completing a double-nunchucks routine to the song “Dynamite”.
