Comer wins national title

Jordan Comer of LaFollette recently competed in the Junior Olympic National Championships held in San Antonio. Comer, a Level 9 athlete, was crowned the Junior Olympic National Champion after winning gold on the double-mini trampoline. She earned a silver medal for her floor routine and a 10th place award for her trampoline performance.   As a result of her outstanding performances at the Championships, Comer has been invited to take part in the Olympic Development Program (OPD) training camp sponsored by accomplished gymnastics coach Bela Karolyi.
