A disturbance in a local courtroom sent one man to jail.
Last Tuesday Larry Truman Kitts, Jr., 28, of 147 Davenport Road, allegedly became agitated during general sessions court.
According to LaFollette Police Officer Pam Jarrett’s report, when Kitts’ voice became loud he was asked by the bailiff to stand. As the bailiff approached Kitts allegedly stood up and “with both hands pushed the victim (bailiff) in the chest causing the victim to fall backwards and almost lose his balance.”
