Criminal court plea agreements

 The following cases were resolved with plea agreements in criminal court:

•Randy A. Partin- manufacturing meth; three years judicial diversion, $1,000 fine, $1,500 contribution to LaFollette Police Drug Fund

•Michael Wayne Miracle- felony possession of drug paraphernalia; three years judicial diversion, three years probation, court costs, $1,500 fine

•Donald Vaughn- promotion of meth manufacture; sentencing to occur Feb. 6

•Cedric Howell- possession of schedule VI controlled substance; one year unsupervised probation, court costs, $5,000 forfeiture

•Timmy Mills- attempt to initiate manufacture of meth, aggravated criminal trespass, DSL first offense; three years judicial diversion, court costs, $250 restitution

•Judy Lynne Bohrer- felony possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule II controlled substance; two years judicial diversion, court costs, $2,250 in fines

•Daniel Robinson- robbery, theft of property under $500, assault; three years probation, court costs, $75 fine

•Edward J. Robinson- robbery, theft of property under $500, assault; three years probation, court costs, $75 fine

•Christina Michelle Poland- promotion of meth manufacture; three years probation, court costs, $2,000 fine

•Donald Ray Nelson- physical abuse of an impaired adult; five years judicial diversion, two years probation, court costs, becomes subject to the Elderly or Vulnerable Abuse Registry, no contact with the victim or previous employer

•Gerard Ellison- resisting arrest, domestic assault, felony possession of drug paraphernalia; two years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections, court costs

•John Silcox- possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (two counts); three years unsupervised probation, court costs

•Jason L. Teague- violation of HMVO (two counts), violation of financial responsibility law; credit for time served, indigent of financial obligations.

•Jimmy Oscar Orick- theft of property $1,000-$10,000, simple possession schedule II; three years supervised probation, court costs, $750 fine, $75 to ECF.

•Dustin Dewayne Boshears- theft of property $500-$1,000 (three counts), theft of property under $500; sentence of four years, $300 to ECF, $200 restitution.

•Adrian Gross- theft of property $500-$1,000, reckless driving; credit for time served, indigent of financial obligations.

•Mindy McGhee- forgery, theft of property $500-$1,000, DSL first offense; two years supervised probation, court costs.

•Dustin Riley Berry- robbery; time served, indigent of financial obligations.

Jacob Tyler Purdie- aggravated assault; six years supervised probation, court costs.

•Caroline Lovella Childs- promotion of manufacturing meth; credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 fine.

•Russell Charles Sebby- initiate process to manufacture meth, evading arrest, leaving the scene of an accident, theft of property under $500; credit of time served, eight years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF.

•Christina Marie Branyan- forgery (two counts); three years judicial diversion, three years supervised probation, court costs, $225 to ECF, $850 restitution.

•Ricky Lee Sheets III- burglary (two counts); credit of time served, four years probation, court costs, $625 restitution.

•Alberto Wayne Cox- manufacturing meth, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia; three years probation, court costs, $1,000 fine, $1,500 forfeiture.

•Jennifer Ann Jackson- theft of property $1,000 - $10,000, possession of drug paraphernalia; three years supervised probation, court costs, $150 fine, $75 to ECF, $3,275 restitution.

•Jamie A. Hoover- theft of property $500-$1,000, domestic assault; one year supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $600 restitution.

•Matthew S. Norton- robbery, theft of property under $500, assault; credit of time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF.

•Harold W. Barnes- possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell; four years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine.

•Randy E. Phillips- theft of property $500-$1,000; two years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $1,000 restitution.

•Benjamin Jeremy Davis- vandalism $500-$1,000; one year judicial diversion, one year supervised probation, court costs, $1,000 restitution.

•Carla Siler- promote meth manufacture (two counts); credit of time served, court costs.

•Mollie K. Laws- setting fire to personal property or land; credit for time served, court costs.

•George B. Ayers II- vehicular assault, violation of HMVO, reckless endangerment; sentence of four years with TDOC, indigent of financial obligations.

•Billy Rhinehart- vandalism $1,000-$10,000; four years supervised probation, court costs, $2,700 restitution, may be released to unsupervised probation after one year if costs and restitution is paid in full.

•James Lewis Cox- sale of schedule II controlled substance (two counts), sale of schedule three controlled substance; time served, six years supervised probation, court costs, $370 to Drug Enforcement Reimbursement Expenses.

•Joshua D. Stevens- felony possession of drug paraphernalia; two years supervised probation, court costs, $500 fine.

•Haroldyn Mae Phillips- theft of property under $500, forgery (three counts); three years supervised probation, court costs, $364 restitution.

•Stephen W. Campbell- revoked drivers license (fourth offense), attempt to possess schedule Ii controlled substance with intent to sell, felony FTA, possession of marijuana; two years to serve, report to jail on Feb. 16, court costs.

•Tyler Wayne Conley- assault (two counts), FTA; credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs.

•Samantha Marlow- robbery, theft of property under $500; three years judicial diversion, three years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $72 restitution.

•David Ridenour- DUI, violation of HMVO; sentenced to 60 days with credit of one day, report to serve on Jan. 31, two years supervised probation, court costs, $350 fine, required to complete dui safety education class.
