Criminal court plea agreements Aug. 23, 2012

 The following cases were resolved on Monday with use of plea agreements:

Donna Bowman- obtaining a controlled substance by fraud; two years supervised probation, court costs.

David Ray Hembree- promotion methamphetamine manufacture; two years supervised probation, court costs, $250 fine.

Cameron Lee Jones- reckless endangerment; two years supervised probation, court costs.

Amanda Isner- attempted robbery; two years supervised probation, court costs, $10 fine, must complete an alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommendations.

Charles Anthony Odell- burglary, theft of property $1,000 - $10,000; two years supervised probation, court costs, $240 restitution.

Sherman Douglas Gibson- three counts of theft of property $1,000 - $10,000; four years supervised probation, court costs, $750 to ECF, $6,137 restitution.

Latesha Ann Stevens- auto burglary; court costs, $375 restitution.

William Collins, III- hindering secured creditors; two years supervised probation with judicial diversion, court costs, $2,294.81 restitution.

Katlynn Willoughby- promotion methamphetamine manufacture, felony drug paraphernalia, and felony reckless endangerment; seven years probation, other sentence to be determined on Sept. 10, court costs.

Eric Spradlin- promotion methamphetamine manufacture, felony drug paraphernalia, felony reckless endangerment; seven years supervised probation, other sentence to be determined on Sept. 10, court costs.

Scott Davis- reckless endangerment, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance; three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,850 fine, $1,500 forfeiture, may be selected for unsupervised probation upon full compliance and payment.

Casey L. Lemarr- facilitation of sale of a schedule II controlled substance; credit for time served, indigent of court costs and fines.

Ewell Chad Lawson- felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, second offense of driving on a suspended license; three years supervised probation, court costs, $10 fine.

Thomas Gene Wright- kidnapping, theft of property $10,000 - $60,000, reckless endangerment, vandalism $1,000 - $10,000; split confinement with a credit of time served, eight years supervised probation, court costs, $150 to ECF.

Albert Lee Hatfield- attempt to file false report; two years supervised probation, court costs.

Shawn Tyler – DUI, possession schedule IV; two days split confinement, one year unsupervised probation, court costs.

Shawn Bennett – theft under $500; one year supervised probation, court costs, $75 ECF, restitution $18.

Lovedan Thornhill – theft less than $500; one year unsupervised probation, court costs, $1,700 restitution, $75 ECF.

Johnny R. Beacham – revoked driver’s license, theft more than $500, possession of schedule II with intent to sell; split confinement, five years supervised probation, court costs, $2,050 fine, $75 ECF.

David Foust – violation sex offender, aggravated trespass, false report; 90 days split confinement, two years supervised probation, court costs, $350 fine.

Alanna Oris – theft less than $500, possession of schedule II, felony; split confinement, four years supervised probation, court costs, $750 fine, $75 ECF.

Johnny Davis – violation of probation; unsupervised probation, court costs.

Josh Taylor – evading arrest, reckless driving, suspended driver license; two years supervised probation, court costs, $100 fine.

Brandy Nicole Brewer – false report, theft less than $500; court costs, $75 ECF, $750 restitution.

Ann Elizabeth McClain – simple possession schedule VI; supervised probation, court costs, $250 fine.

Jarrod A. Wilson – DUI 4th offense; 150 days split confinement, court costs, $3,000 fine.

Paul E. Odum – DUI; driver’s license revoked for 10 years, court costs, $6,000 fine.

Jonathan Adam Massengill – sexually battery; four years supervised probation, court costs.

Lee Longmire – DUI; two days split confinement, one year supervised probation, court costs, $350 fine.

William Penn Livingston – promotion of methamphetamine manufacture; two years unsupervised probation.
