Early voting shows gains from 2010 election

CAMPBELL COUNTY—Throughout the first four days of the early voting period, 1,387 Campbell Countians have cast ballots during the state primary and county general election. This is an increase of 84 early voters from the 2010 election year. Neighboring counties showing early voting gains over the same time period from 2010 included: Anderson, an increase of 836 and a total of 2,381 through last Thursday; Scott County, an increase of 247 and a total of 1,345 total; and Union County, an increase of 126 votes and a total of 505.
