Family sues school for 700K over heavy door

Joshua and Alicia Harding, the parents of a minor child, have filed a lawsuit against the Campbell County Board of Education for an alleged negligent act on its behalf, court records report.

According to Campbell County Circuit Court records, the Hardings are seeking damages in the amount of $700,000 for injuries their son allegedly sustained while opening a heavy door at Caryville Elementary.
