Four men are facing charges of aggravated kidnapping among other allegations for an incident on Dec. 5.
According to Campbell County Sheriff's Department warrants, Det. Brandon Elkins learned the four men had entered into the victim's home, tied up the victim and locked him in a closet.
The warrant further indicates the men allegedly took medication and money from the victim's house.
Four separate warrants hold Daryl V. Frazier, 22, Jacksboro, Michael William Goins, 20, Duff, Roger Lee Wilson, 18, LaFollette and Mitchell Wayne Swygert, 18, Jacksboro accountable for the alleged assault, kidnapping and burglary of the victim.
“I learned that the defendants had indeed made entry to the victim's home, shoved the victim to the ground causing bruises and injuries,” said Elkins.
According to the warrant, the defendants allegedly made plans to assault, kidnap and rob the victim.
Frazier, Goins, Wilson and Swygert allegedly divided up the pills, which they took from the victim, the report states.
“Upon attempting to arrest Mr. Daryl Frazier, I saw in plain sight some of the prescription pills that had been taken from the victim,” said Elkins.
The report states when Frazier was arrested xanax, oxycontin, oxycodone and seboxin pills were discovered in his room.
“The victim also told the affiant two of the defendants took two of his pistols and had them in their possession during the offenses,” said Elkins.
Elkins further stated the victim believed the defendants were going to kill him.
“The victim found the two firearms in his yard after the offenses had taken place,” said Elkins.
All four defendants were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated burglary.
Frazier was given additional charges with possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule III, possession of a legend drug and violation of probation.
The four men were taken to jail were they are being held with a bond of $50,000.
