Grand jury returns indictments

The Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments last week. These people will be arraigned will Jan. 14, 2013, at 8:30 a.m.:

•Steve W. Zecchini- attempted second- degree murder, two counts of aggravated assault, tampering with evidence, employing a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony.

•Hubert M Kitts- four counts of aggravated burglary, three counts of vandalism $500 - $1,000, five counts of theft $1,000 - $10,000, burglary, auto burglary, two counts of theft under $500, vandalism under $500.
