Kevin Kurtis Potter- promotion to manufacture meth, evading arrest
Kevin Kurtis Potter- possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, evading arrest, resisting arrest, assault
Gerard S. Ellison- Escape
Gerard S. Ellison DRL, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, reckless driving
Gerard Shawn Ellison- promotion to manufacture meth, felony evading arrest, evading arrest, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest
Michael Todd Huckaby- promotion to manufacture meth, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia
Robert Brian Arnett- first degree murder
Raymond Gibbs- indecent exposure, aggravated sexual battery
Anthony D. Herron- aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, evading arrest, resisting arrest, theft under $500, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance
Narvel Adkins- manufacturing meth, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia
Sam Morris- four counts of aggravated assault

Elbert Wayne Carroll- two counts of assault, resisting arrest, PI, disorderly conduct
Catina Michelle Tidwell aka Tina Bug- theft under $500, aggravated burglary
Debra S. Mathis- two counts DUI
Tony M. Fraley- DUI, violation of the open container law, speeding, violation of the implied consent law
