With Christmas only weeks away, the Caryville Civil War Council (CCWC) is stepping up efforts to provide a holiday for others.
The CCWC has partnered with Lyk-Nu Body Shop for the cause.
“We wanted to do something that would stay in this community,” said Phillip McCulley, one of the shop’s four owners. He said the holiday bug usually hits the staff at the shop and this year was no different. “We have had a decent year,” McCulley said of the business and the hope to give back.
