Guy arrested on drug charges

A LaFollette man was apparently out for more than dinner when he was arrested on drug charges in the parking lot of a local pizza place.

LaFollette Police Officer William Owens was dispatched to the parking lot of the Jackboro Pike eatery last Sunday to investigate a report of possible drug use.

According to Owens’ report, he observed William T. Guy, 28, of 123 Wheeler Lane, in the rear passenger seat of the vehicle and could see “in plain view in the floor a short straw that is commonly used to snort narcotics.”
