What’s new at the Jacksboro Public Library

If you've not been in the library lately, you may not know that we have undergone a complete remodel.  Some of the new additions to the library include: carpet, window blinds, a redesigned computer area and the addition of a reading area.  We now have ten (10) public access computers with a T-1 connection.  Our reading area consists of a couch, chair, table and floor lamp located in a quiet corner of the library.

The library has started a young adult fiction section, which consists of over 400 titles, including many new popular titles.  We also have a selection of young adult audio books as well.  We now have over 600 new easy readers for our younger patrons.  The library is also starting a Christian fiction section.  As of now we have over 200 new Christian fiction titles.  We are also expanding our audio book and DVD collection with many new titles.  We have too many new titles to list, so if you’ve not visited us in a while, you’ve been missing out.  Also, be sure to check us out on the web at: www.jacksboropubliclibrary.org
