After several months of conversations and meetings, the Jellico Board of Mayor and Aldermen have approved the 2010-11 fiscal year budget in a special call meeting last week.
While the conversations between the mayor and aldermen have led to a decision to lower property taxes, they have in fact increased taxes without notification, according to Campbell County Property Assessor Brandon Partin.
