Jellico woman behind bars on drug indictment

A Jellico woman was arrested after police questioned her for prostitution and found she was wanted on an outstanding drug related indictment.

Once officers identified the woman as Margaret A. “Paco” Hicks, 35, she was arrested on an indictment warrant handed down by the Campbell County Grand Jury.

During the booking process, Hicks allegedly admitted to having “intimate knowledge” of a Jellico prostitution ring and reportedly admitted to taking part in illegal acts in the park.
