The LaFollette City Council adjourned in session after its meeting Tuesday night in order to make a more informed decision about employee health insurance. It will reconvene Dec. 14 at 10 a.m. to make a decision.
An 8 percent increase in the total cost of employee medical insurance was allowed for in the budget. That is $911,000. However, interim city administrator Cade Sexton feels this is too much to spend on insurance.
