LaFollette fireman accused of arson fired terminated

James Williford, a LaFollette firefighter currently accused of arson and official misconduct was terminated Tuesday night. He had been on unpaid leave since October.

City Administrator David Young gave his recommendation for Williford’s termination with the council approving based on information from City Attorney Reid Troutman.
