My name is Joann Shetterly Parks, I’m the daughter of Otis and Minnie Shetterly and married to Rev. John Parks a Baptist minister whose parents are Luke and Creatie Parks.
We have lived in Caryville all of our lives. We are proud to say we live here and love all the people. When you come south on I-75 and top Teinnold hill and see the mountains, Cove Love Park and Caryville you can say it is the garden spot of the world.
