JACKSBORO—An alleged courtroom outburst earned a Knoxville man his third booking at the Campbell County Jail.

Donnie Jack Barnes, 4215 Skyline Drive, Knoxville, was in General Sessions Court on Nov. 21 where he was told several times to take a seat and calm down, police records indicated. Barnes eventually exited the courtroom, where he was again told to calm down.

Barnes reportedly re-entered the courtroom where he allegedly said, “F--- this place,” and threw some papers, according to jail logs.

He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
