Massengill arrested for DUI; two juveniles found in the car

A citizen tip led to the arrest of an alleged impaired driver last week.

LaFollette Police Officer Tony Rucker was flagged down by a concerned citizen who noticed a woman get out of her vehicle and fall several times, the arrest report said.

Rucker located the vehicle and observed Ann Nicole Massengill, 30, of 134 Pat Massengill Lane, Jacksboro, with her car in reverse.

Records indicate when Rucker spoke with Massengill she allegedly had “slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.”
