Tate McGhee came out of the bullpen Saturday to pitch Caryville’s Eagle Tire to a 10-9 victory over Lake City’s Rocky Top Realty in 11-12 year old Dixie Youth League Baseball action at Asbury Park.
McGhee came on in relief of Isaiah Vibbert in the fourth inning. During the fifth inning, McGhee struck out the side while his hitters chipped away at the Rocky Top’s lead.
Eagle Tire won the game in the bottom of the seventh inning when Kyle Reynolds scored on a wild pitch to Cody Dykes.
Adam Markley suffered the loss for Rocky Top Realty.
