At some point in our lives we all complain about something. For one individual another person’s complaining cost them a trip to jail. On Dec. 9 Detective Brandon Elkins received a complaint about a methamphetamine lab at 134 Vinsant Estates in Jacksboro. Elkins went to the address and spoke with a female at the residence as well as Joseph Anthony Galliano. Elkins was allegedly given consent for the residence to be searched. During the search several items used to manufacture methamphetamine were allegedly found along with evidence of prior methamphetamine manufactures. Also found in the backyard of the residence was a red bag containing coffee filters, powdered drain opener, electrical tape, starter fluid, salt, ammonia nitrate and an HCL gas generator. Inside the residence also found was a bottle liquid fire drain opener and a blender containing a white powder substance, according to a report from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department. When questioned about the lab, Galliano told Elkins that the materials located were from a lab that he had used the night before to yield four grams of finished methamphetamine. Galliano, 43, 134 Vinsant Estates, Jacksboro was arrested on promotion of meth manufacture and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
