The East Tennessee Human Resource Agency will take applications for the USDA Commodities at the Campbell County E.T.H.R.A.  beginning Nov. 1 and at the Jellico Library on Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Please bring the following items, valid I.D., current mailing address, current income statements for all members staying in the household, check stubs, SSI/social security benefits, DHS or food stamp print-out, individuals may be asked for their social security numbers.
