The Campbell County High School Band will present its36th Annual Spring Concert May 5 at 7p.m. in the high school auditorium. The admission charge will be $4 for adults and $2 for students. Middle school band students wearing their band t-shirts will be admitted free. All proceeds go to support the CCHS Band. 


The regular meeting of the Caryville Municipal Planning Commission will be held at 6 p.m. on May 5 in the Caryville City Hall.


Community Health Family Services Center Clothes Closet will be open May 6 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. All items will be 25 cents, please bring your own bags. All donations for the Clothes Closet can be dropped off at the administrative office in Jacksboro. For more information call 562-8325.


May Day in the park will be held May 7 from 9 a.m. – noon at Indian Mountain State Park. Prizes will be given away throughout the morning, trophies and ribbons for the children winning events. To kick off Nation Nursing Home Week May 8 -14, Summit View of Lake City will host on opening reception on May 9 from 10 -11 a.m.


The Kerbela Shrine Paper Sale will be May 9 -15. The Kerbela Shrine Paper Sale is the fundraiser that provides Shrine hospitals the ability to help these children with top-notch care without charge.


Social Media For Your Business will be presented on May 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roane State Community College. Presented by the Virtual Interactive Center and Todd Fisher, Director Center for Entrepreneurial Growth.
