The Elk Valley Christmas Parade will be Dec. 4 at 2 p.m. The parade will begin lining up at the Elk Valley School at 1 p.m. The Kerbela Shrine Temple is planning to be a big part of the parade this year giving out gifts to the children along with many other exciting things.
