Helen A. Douglas, 86, of LaFollette, died Jan. 17.

She was preceded in death by husband, J.L. Douglas; parents, John and Jane Ayers Vaughn.

She is survived by daughter, Jean McCullah; son, Randy Douglas.

Funeral services were held Jan. 19. Interment was in Davis Cemetery.

Walters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
