Planning commission revisits zoning

Preliminary plat approval of Lakeside subdivision, located north of the Cedar Creek bridge, revived discussion on a well trod issue at Monday’s Campbell County Regional Planning Commission meeting.

Following preliminary approval of the subdivision proposed by property owner John Trimbach, commission member Mark Hoskins raised concerns about who is responsible for enforcing the established building setbacks.
