The following cases were resolved on Monday in criminal court by utilizing plea agreements:

  • Karen Sue Bundren-theft over $1,000, official misconduct, tampering with governmental records, falsifying educational and academic records; eight years judicial diversion, four years unsupervised probation, court costs, $2,500 fine.
  • Michael Ray Martin-theft over $1,000, official misconduct, tampering with governmental records, falsifying educational and academic records; eight years judicial diversion, four years unsupervised probation, court costs, $2,500 fine.
  • Michael Dewayne Peavley-attempt to promote, manufacture methamphetamine; two years supervised probation, court costs.
  • Cindy Renee Hicks-DUI first offense, leaving the scene of an accident; loss of license for one year, two days of jail time with credit for time served, 11 months 29 days supervised probation, court costs, $350 fine.
  • Jackie F. Heatherly III-theft of property $1,000-$10,000, theft of property $500-1,000; four years judicial diversion, four years supervised probation, court costs, $10,000 restitution.
  • Ralph Ed Marlow-initiation of the manufacture of methamphetamine; eight years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 fine.
  • Arnold H. Smiddy-DUI first offense; loss of license for one year, two days of jail time, 11 months 29 days of unsupervised probation, court costs, $350 fine.
  • Tammy L. Young-possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell; three years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine.
  • Travis L. Prater-attempted aggravated burglary; two years supervised probation, court costs, $300 restitution.
  • Teressa Lynn Rives-promote methamphetamine manufacture; three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,950.
  • Brett S. Doney-aggravated assault; four years supervised probation, court costs.
  • Howard Steven King-theft under $500; one year unsupervised probation, court costs, $500 restitution.
  • Charles Alan Partin-promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, possession of a schedule II substance; four years TDOC with credit for time served, court costs, $750 fine.
  • Victoria Rigney-theft over $500, vandalism under $500; three years supervised probation, court costs, $540 restitution.
  • Rebecca L. Ridenour-felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia; three years supervised probation, court costs.
  • Tasha Farmer-promotion of methamphetamine manufacture; two years supervised probation, court costs, $1,000 fine.
  • Amber Nicole Fox-aggravated assault; 38 days of jail time, three years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, obtain alcohol and drug assessment and follow treatment plan, attend anger management classes, court costs.
  • Joseph C. Fox AKA Chris Fox-theft of property $1,000-$10,000; 31 days jail time with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, court costs, $250 restitution.
