Plea agreements close criminal cases

 The following criminal court cases were resolved this week with the use of plea agreements:

•Cindy Shepperd- possession of marijuana; sentencing to be determined, court costs.

•Hannah Deshee Beaty- aggravated assault, theft of property $500 - $1,000; three years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $800 restitution.

•Jason Bradley Smith- attempted possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule VI marijuana; four years probation, court costs, $4,250 fine.
