Plea agreements filed in criminal court

The following criminal cases were resolved last week with the use of plea agreements:

•Tiffany Rose LeMarr- six counts forgery, six counts theft under $500; six years probation, court costs, $450 to ECF, $747.42 restitution to victims.

•Joshua C. Leffel- theft over $1,000; split confinement of 32 days with a jail credit since Aug. 5, four years probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $936 restitution to victims.
