Plea agreements resolve numerous criminal cases

The following cases were resolved last week in criminal court using plea agreements:

Michael Lynn Sweat- aggravated assault- six months to serve with credit for time served, eight years probation, court costs, restitution to be set on Feb. 23

Shane Kelly Shoupe- aggravated assault, vandalism under $500; five years supervised probation, court costs, $150 restitution

Shawn Parker- aggravated burglary; remain in jail until July 1 with credit for time served, six years probation, court costs, $75 fine to the Economic Crime Fund (ECF), sentence to run consecutive to any prior convictions

Billy Russell- two counts of aggravated burglary, four counts of theft over $1,000, two counts of burglary; six years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 to ECF, restitution to be set Feb. 23

Curtis Lee Green- two counts of assault; credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs

Curtis Lee Green- vandalism under $500, failure to appear; credit for time served, two years probation, court costs, conviction to run concurrently

Curtis Lee Green- evading arrest; credit for time served, two years probation, court costs, conviction to run concurrently

Melissa Dawn Shumaker Lee- theft over $1,000, theft under $500, auto burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card, fraudulent use of a stolen credit card; six months to serve with credit for time served, four years probation, court costs, $375 to ECF, $3,899 restitution

Charles Robert Smith- evading arrest, reckless endangerment, going armed; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, five years supervised probation, court costs

Aaron Tate- vehicle of a burglary, theft under $500, vandalism over $500; four years supervised probation, court costs, $225 to ECF

Marion Ray Bean- two counts of burglary, three  counts  of theft under $500, four counts of theft over $1,000, criminal trespassing; 35 days of jail credit, eight years supervised probation, courts costs, $1,000 to ECF, restitution to be set Aug. 8

Billy Jay Randolph- aggravated assault; three years supervised probation, court costs

Gary Robert Green, II- theft under $500, four counts of forgery; probation, court costs, $375 to ECF, $991 restitution

Anthony Meade Bowman- three counts of burglary, theft over $1,000; 123 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $750 to ECF, $2,600 restitution

Tabatha Lemarr - two counts of burglary, three  counts  of theft under $500, four counts of theft over $1,000, criminal trespassing; 38 days to serve with credit for time served, eight years supervised probation, courts costs, $1,000 to ECF, restitution to be set Feb. 23

Anna Harrell- manufacturing marijuana; two years unsupervised probation, court costs, $250 to ECF, $2,000 forfeiture

Michael Alen Schmidt- three counts of theft under $500, forgery, burglary, two counts of theft over $500, vandalism under $500, aggravated burglary, two counts of theft over $1,000, robbery; one year to serve with credit for time served, 10 years supervised probation, court costs, $600 to ECF

Otis Willaims, Jr., - possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sale; three years unsupervised probation, court costs, $150 to ECF, $1,000 forfeiture

Gregory Keith Douglas- theft over $500; two years unsupervised probation, court costs, $577 restitution, $75 to ECF

Ronnie Cupp- possession of drug paraphernalia; two years supervised probation, court costs, $750 forfeiture

Dean Junior Lowe- burglary, vandalism; two years supervised probation, court costs, $150 to ECF, $500 restitution

Kirk Joshua Shoopman- two counts of theft over $1,000; two years unsupervised probation, two years judicial diversion, restitution to be set Feb. 23, court costs

Cheryl Brooks Melton- first offense DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, court costs, $350 fine

Kenneth Scott Hatmaker – two counts of kidnapping, aggravated assault, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia; six months to serve with credit for time served, probation, court costs, $1,000 forfeiture

Bobby Bowlin, Jr.- theft over $500, vandalism over $500; six years supervised probation, court costs, $250 ECF

Bobby Bowlin, Jr.- violation of HMVO, failure to appear; credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs

Ross Edward Smallwood- unlawful carrying of a weapon on public park, public intoxication; 11 months, 29 days probation, court costs

Patricia Gail Hicks- theft over $1,000; two years judicial diversion, two years supervised probation, court costs, $4,700 restitution

Jason Bell- promotion to manufacture meth; alternative sentencing denied, sentenced to serve 30- percent of a two year sentence, will run consecutive with prior convictions

David Wayne Newton- violation of HMVO, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance; one year supervised probation

Dustin B. Terry- aggravated assault, reckless endangerment; three years judicial diversion, three years supervised probation, court costs

James K. Bale- passing worthless checks; court costs, $182 restitution, $75 ECF

Ken Allen Honegger- reckless aggravated assault, first offense DUI; seven days to serve, two years supervised probation, court costs, $350 ECF

Amanda Kay Parker – aggravated burglary; stay in jail until July 1, six years supervised probation, court costs, $1,000 restitution, $75 ECF

Robert Eastman- theft over $1,000, felony failure to appear; three years supervised probation, credit for time served, court costs, $250 to ECF, $2,000 restitution

Arvil Lee Stewart- HMVO violation, felony DUI; 150 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs, $3,000 fine

William Richard Hall- evading arrest, possession of schedule III controlled substance, aggravated burglary, vandalism over $1,000, theft under $500; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, $520 restitution

Daniel Keith Carroll- three counts of violation of the sexual offender registry, evading arrest, felony failure to appear; 180 days to serve with credit for time served, court costs, $350 fine

Wesley Leo Powers- two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of theft over $1,000; eight years supervised probation, restitution to be set Feb. 2, court costs, $150 to ECF

Sharon L. Goins- theft over $1,000, two counts of identity theft; court costs, $225 ECF, $5,186 restitution

Amy Perry Peters- reckless endangerment; two years judicial diversion, two years unsupervised probation, court costs
