Plea agreements settle cases

 The following cases were resolved in criminal court this week with the use of plea agreements:

•J.C. Ward- possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; two years unsupervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine.

•Tiffany Nicole McGill- theft over $1,000, vandalism over $1,000, felony evading arrest, felony reckless endangerment, possession drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest; two years supervised probation with two years judicial diversion, court costs, $150 to ECF.

•Christopher B. Shears- 11 counts of forgery; credit for time served, supervised probation, court costs, $825 to ECF.

•Karla Jo Terry- promote methamphetamine manufacture; court costs to be paid by April 10.

•Randy Lynn Baird- assault; one year supervised probation with one year judicial diversion, court costs, $258.69 restitution.

•Tracy Lee Ray- vandalism $500-$1,000, promote methamphetamine; three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,000 fine.

•Robert E. Chadwell- violation of HMVO bar; two years community corrections, court costs.

•Kevin Scott Greene- promotion of meth manufacture; supervised probation, court costs, $1,000 fine.

•Elizabeth Paige McNeeley- attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud; three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 fine.

•Travis F. Rogers- attempt to file a false police report, leaving the scene of an accident, violation of financial responsibility; two years supervised probation, court costs.

•Jeffrey Scott Meadows- violation of HMVO bar, felony evading arrest; two years supervised probation, court costs.

•Amber Bailey- burglary, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, criminal trespassing; split confinement with a credit of time served, three years of supervised probation, court costs, $175 restitution.

•George Clayton Douglas- possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, resisting arrest; split confinement with a credit of time served, three years supervised probation, court costs.

•Tommy Leon Lamberson- burglary, theft of property under $500, burglary, theft of property under $500, burglary, theft of property under $500; supervised probation with two years judicial diversion, court costs, $225 to ECF, $1,419.66 restitution.

•Tiffany Woods- attempt to initiate the manufacture of meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia; five years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 fine.

•Joshua Lee Wagers- theft of property under $500, theft of property under $500, felony evading; four years supervised probation, court costs, $150 to ECF.

•Carla Douglas- sale of a schedule II controlled substance; split confinement with credit of time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $165 restitution.

•Angela Denise Lay- FTA; 11 months 29 days supervised probation, court costs.

•Becky McConnoughhay- FTA; unsupervised probation with one year judicial diversion, diversion status to be determined, court cost, forfeiture, $375 restitution.

•Cledith Lay- attempt to possess a schedule II controlled substance, FTA, resisting arrest, evading arrest; four years supervised probation, payment status to be determined, court costs, forfeiture.
