Plea agreements settle criminal cases

The following criminal cases were resolved last week with the use of plea agreements:

•Adam McKenzie Hayes- aggravated assault, child neglect; split confinement of one year with a jail credit of time served from Dec. 25, 2009 to Dec. 25, 2010, 10 years supervised probation, court costs.

•Bobby Lee Heatherly- sexual battery, aggravated assault; split confinement of four months 17 days with a jail credit since May 10, six years probation, court costs.
