  The following cases were resolved last week in criminal court with plea agreements:

Thomas Colin Reese – aggravated assault; five years probation, court costs.

David Wayne Bennett, Jr. – possession of schedule II with intent to sell; three years probation, court costs, $2,000 fine.

Clifford Eugene Wilson – violation of HMVO bar, leaving scene of accident, driving revoked license second offense; two years probation, court costs.
