Pleas resolve criminal cases

The following criminal cases were resolved last week with the use of plea agreements:

George Alois Hnlica III- theft of property over $500; judicial diversion for two years, two years probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $500 restitution to victim.

Jonathan Terry- ten counts fraudulent use of a debit card under $500, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card over $500; eight years judicial diversion, eight years probation, court costs, $825 to ECF, $5,618.38 restitution to victim.

Mary Beth Ivey- theft of property under $500, fraudulent use of a debit card, theft of property over $1,000; two years supervised probation, courts costs, $150 to ECF, $1,881.44 restitution to victims.

Kristen Mayes- theft over $500; split confinement of Dec. 17, 2010 – Feb. 17, two years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $500 restitution to victim.

Gregory Alan Miles- initiation meth manufacture, possession schedule II meth with intent to sell; eight years supervised probation, $3,500 forfeiture.

Ashlee Nicole Silcox- theft of property over $1,000, forgery, filing false report; two years judicial diversion, two years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $2,108 restitution to victim.

Melissa D. Riggs- filing false report; court costs.

Adam Muse- burglary, theft of property over $500; three years judicial diversion, three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 to ECF, $400 restitution to victim.

Ryan LeBoueff- attempt to initiate manufacture of methamphetamine; six years supervised probation, court costs.

Brandon Lee Leach- attempt to initiate manufacture of methamphetamine; six years supervised probation, court costs.

Justin Blake Adkins- filing false report, burglary, theft of property over $500; five years judicial diversion, five years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 to ECF, $400 restitution to victim.

Sara Ellen Bailey- attempt to initiate manufacture of methamphetamine; six years supervised probation, court costs.

Beryl Teague- attempt to initiate manufacture of methamphetamine; six years supervised probation, court costs.

Robert Edward Penrose- possession of schedule II meth w/intent to sell; three years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine.

Gregory W. Bailey-violation of sex offender registry; split confinement of 90 days, one years supervised probation, court costs, $350 fine.

Jefferson S. Hassler- possession schedule II(meth) w/intent to sell, possession of schedule II (meth) w/intent to deliver, three counts FTA; split  confinement of 55 days with a jail credit of time served, six years supervised probation, court costs, $2,500 fine.

Samuel Pierce Grizzell, Jr.- reckless endangerment; split confinement of 28 days with a jail credit of time served, courts costs, forfeiture.

Danny Elliott- promoting manufacture of methamphetamine, DSL 2nd; split confinement of 29 days with a jail credit from Jan. 2, two years supervised probation.

Jimmy L. Jenkins- felony evading arrest; two years supervised probation, court costs.

Charles Edward Ayers- felony evading arrest, felony reckless endangerment, assault; split confinement of 90 days with a jail credit from Jan. 4, court costs.

Charles Alan Partin- promotion manufacture methamphetamine; split confinement of 100 days, four years supervised probation, court costs.

Dennis Ivey AKA Mop- burglary; four years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $2,500 restitution to victim.

Maria C. Higgins- child abuse; four years supervised probation, court costs.

Ronnie Clyde Murphy Jr.- child abuse; four years supervised probation, court costs.

David Allen Adkins- two counts theft over $500, seven counts theft under $500; five years TDOC.

Melissa Campbell Underwood- evading arrest, escape, failure to appear; split confinement of five months with a jail from Dec. 2, 2010, four years supervised probation, court costs.

Jefferson S. Hassler- felony evading arrest, resisting arrest, vandalism over $1,000, reckless endangerment; six years supervised probation, court costs.

William J. Kellogg- possession schedule II; split confinement of time served with a jail credit from Nov. 8, 2010, one year unsupervised probation, court costs, $4,000 forfeiture, $135 drug enforcement reimbursement expenses.

Melissa Campbell Underwood- possession schedule II (meth) w/intent to sell, possession schedule II (meth) w/intent to deliver; split confinement of five months with a jail credit from Dec. 2, 2010, five years supervised probation, court costs, $2,500 fine.

Jack Scott Douglas- possession schedule II (cocaine), possession schedule II (morphine); one year unsupervised probation, court costs.

Marion Poston- theft over $1,000, felony FTA; one year unsupervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF.

Willard Williams- DUI; split confinement of two days, 11 months 29 days unsupervised probation, court costs, $350 fine.

Johnny Ellison Muse- aggravated assault; judicial diversion, three years supervised probation, court costs.

William Pete Suttles Jr.- HMVO violation; two years supervised probation, court costs, $500 fine.

Crystal Collet- felony possession of drug paraphernalia; judicial diversion, one year supervised probation, court costs, $500 fine.

John David Baker- two counts possession schedule VI; two years unsupervised probation, court costs, $5,000 forfeiture, $225 to drug enforcement reimbursement.

Donald L. Vaughn- promote methamphetamine, felony possession of drug paraphernalia; two years supervised probation, court costs, $500 fine.

Robin Nevada Tibbs- promotion methamphetamine; four years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine.

Kathleen Jane Dossett- felony possession of drug paraphernalia; two years supervised probation, court costs, $1,500 fine.

Jeanny M. Cotton-Dooley- filing false report, failure to appear; two years supervised probation, court costs.

Joey Lee Leach- introduction of contraband into penal facility, simple possession schedule II; three years 11 months 29 days supervised probation, court costs, $1,000 fine.

Robbie Sue Roberts- theft of property over $500; two years supervised probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $1,948.83 restitution to victim.

Thomas K. Lawson- promoting manufacture of methamphetamine, two counts domestic assault; split confinement of 15 days with a jail credit from Dec. 22, 2010 to Jan. 6, three years supervised probation, court costs.
