Pleas resolve criminal cases

The following criminal cases were resolved last week with the use of plea agreements:

George Alois Hnlica III- theft of property over $500; judicial diversion for two years, two years probation, court costs, $75 to ECF, $500 restitution to victim.

Jonathan Terry- ten counts fraudulent use of a debit card under $500, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card over $500; eight years judicial diversion, eight years probation, court costs, $825 to ECF, $5,618.38 restitution to victim.
